Diabetes NSW & ACT are excited to share that we have very successfully launched the Move with Women program. The response has been fantastic and our waitlists are growing! Due to the demand for more programs, we are seeking likeminded trainers to help us meet this need in the community across NSW, ACT and QLD.

Move with Women is a 9-week physical activity program targeted at women of all ages and ability; that live in low-socio economic areas across NSW, ACT and QLD. Participants in the program do not need to have diabetes or a chronic condition to register.

This is a fantastic opportunity for Exercise Professionals who are currently qualified to deliver the Beat It program to extend their network in the community and share this transformational journey with a new group of women. In addition to the delivery of the program, there is the opportunity to promote your services and encourage participants to stay on the journey to a more active and healthy life at the conclusion of the 9 week Move with Women program.

We know that you are passionate about the work you do and continue to provide inspirational and motivating programs that encourage people to think positively about their health and their future. This is why we want YOU on board with our Move with Women program.

Sounds interesting? Want to know more? Please email  We look forward to hearing from you.

    Ready Set Go Let’s Move!

Diabetes NSW & ACT are calling out for Expressions of Interest from trainers who would like to combine their passion for exercise and wellness with a more structured classroom style delivery. Ready Set Go Let’s Move is for those people living with type 1 or type 2 diabetes who know exercise is good for their health but may struggle with knowing where to start and how to stay motivated. This three-hour workshop helps them to focus. It’s designed to support and empower participants to take the first step in making exercise a part of their routine, or perhaps increase the amount they are already doing. It is a great introduction to Beat It.

If this is of interest, please email your details to  and we will be in touch about future opportunities.
